This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application "FIESTA - Football Predictor" (referred to here as "the App") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our services. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a safe user experience.
1. Information We Collect
We do not require you to create an account or provide personal identifiers (such as name, email address, or phone number) to use the App. We collect and process the following data to provide and improve our services:
- Local Application Settings: The App stores configuration preferences locally on your device (e.g., selected theme, preferred language, followed teams, and followed matches). This data remains on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
- Camera, Face ID and Face Data: The App does not access your camera, photo library, Face ID or the TrueDepth camera, and does not collect, process, store or share any face data or other biometric data.
- Device Identifiers & Technical Data:
- Google AdMob (advertising): We integrate the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display ads. Google AdMob collects the advertising identifier (Apple's IDFA), advertising data (such as ad impressions, clicks, and interactions with ads), and an approximate location derived from your IP address. The App itself never requests access to your device's precise or GPS location.
- Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging): We collect anonymous logs of application crashes, errors, performance data, and basic engagement metrics to improve stability. Firebase Cloud Messaging holds a device push token so we can deliver the match notifications you opt in to.
2. How We Use the Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To personalize app layouts, languages, and settings.
- To deliver banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded video ads.
- To detect, prevent, and debug application crashes and technical bugs.
- To send localized push notifications for match schedules and AI insights (only if you opt-in).
- To power Live Activities on iOS, which display an ongoing match's score on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island while that match is in progress. Live Activities use a separate push token that is discarded when the activity ends.

4. Your Choices & Opt-Out
- Push Notifications: You can enable or disable push alerts at any time through the App's notification settings screen or your device's system settings.
- Ad Tracking Consent: You can grant or deny ad tracking permission via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt, and change it at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device.
- Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland: If you are in a region covered by GDPR, the App shows a consent form (Google's User Messaging Platform) the first time you open it, letting you accept or refuse personalized advertising. You can reopen that form at any time from the App's Settings screen to change your choice.
